SERVICE POLICIES
IN ORDER TO ASSURE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF SERVICE AND SATISFACTION, PLEASE REVIEW OUR SERVICE POLICIES THOROUGHLY BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR RESERVATION. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INCREASE THE PRICE OF A SERVICE IF THE LENGTH OR THICKNESS OF A CLIENTS’ HAIR IS EXTREME OR REQUIRES SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS
Coloring
All color appointments require a consultation prior to booking to ensure the best result.
Braid/Twist Repair
Any repairs done to braids or twist more than 1 full week after the time of service is subject to a repair fee of 2-5 dollars a braid/twist.
Cancellations
Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated.
Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will require a deposit of 50% of the desired service upon rebooking. No-show reservations will not be allowed to rebook.
Late Arrivals
To respect all of our client reservations and ensure on-time services, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is more than 15 minutes late. If you are more than 15 minutes late a $25 late fee can be required at the stylists’ discretion to retain your reservation. Cancelled reservations will be required to pay a $25 non-refundable deposit to rebook which will be applied to the service fee.
Children or Additional Guest
Ana-j’s Salon Suite can only accommodate clients being serviced. Please refrain from bringing children or additional guests to your appointment or your appt can be rescheduled.
Payment
Ana-j’s Salon Suite Accepts Zelle , Apple Pay and cash for payment of services and products. We do not accept checks of any type for payment.
Refusal of Service
Ana-j’s Salon Suite reserves the right to refuse services at our discretion if we believe our policies herein are being abused.
